The indication sums up the reasons that advice for the use of a certain therapy option for a condition. That means, it is the necessity to applicate a healing method because of a medical diagnosis.

After the disease has been diagnosed, the best course of treatment for that individual patient has to be determined.

Primary goal of a therapy should always be the treatment of the cause of the disease (causal therapy approach). If the disease can not be cured causally but only single symptoms can be treated, it is called symptomatic therapy approach.

MBST therapy can be applicated by various degenerative diseases as well as injuries of the musculoskeletal system, also preventive, postsurgical and rehabilitation-accompanying.

Tissue -specific therapy approach

MBST therapy has a tissue-specific therapy approach. That means that the therapy cards are specified for the targeted treatment of one kind of tissue, e. g. cartilage tissue, osseous structures, intervertebral discs, muscles, tendons, ligaments or nerves. The therapy sequences on the therapy cards address mainly the tissue this specific treatment is aimed at by establishing conditions of resonance with them.

A correct diagnosis and definition of the indication is a prerequisite for a successful MBST therapy because the indication defines the targeted tissue. That is why your MBST therapy is only ordered at MedTec after the doctor’s diagnosis.
