Member of the Bundestag Hans-Juergen Irmer visits MedTec in Wetzlar
With Hans-Juergen Irmer’s visit this week, MedTec Medizintechnik GmbH could welcome a member of the German Bundestag to its headquarters. The occassion were the recent awards the company has won this year: again being one of the TOP100 Top-Innovators, in 2020 for the fourth time, the German Brand Award and now also the nomination for the German Medical Award which will be presented in November.
After the visit of his fellow party member Frank Steinraths, member of the Hessian Landtag, in July 2020, Hans-Juergen Irmer took the time to get to know the Wetzlar-based company who specialises in medical technology. Hans-Juergen Irmer was a member of the parliament of Hessia for more than 15 years, and partly also vice parliamentary party leader, before he moved to the Bundestag in 2017 as member of parliament for the CDU.
Innovative medical technology from Wetzlar
MedTec Managing Director Axel Muntermann gave the Member of the Bundestag for the region Wetzlar/Lahn-Dill not only an insight into the more than 20 years of company history and the development of the unique technology. He also explained the principle of action and the fields of application of the therapeutically used magnetic resonance. As publisher of the quarterly “Gesundheitskompass Mittelhessen” (Health Compass Mittelhessen), health-related topics and therapy options for different diseases are of course always interesting for Mr. Irmer to inform the readers in the area comprehensively about available treatments. The discussion of the fields of application of the MBST magnetic resonance therapy which is developed and distributed exclusively by MedTec also turned to future possibilities of usage which arise from the active principle on the level of the cells.Member of the German Bundestag Hans-Juergen Irmer with MedTec Managing Director Axel Muntermann

MedTec thanks Hans-Juergen Irmer for the interesting discussion and hopes to welcome him again some time.
